Great Weekend Finds!

Hi Everybody! Hope everyone has had a great weekend finding fun treasures! I found some awesome things! I would like to share those with you! Love this gorgeous statue...a steal for $10.00 It's great with all the old moss around the bottom, it was sitting in a wonderful seahorse birdbath that I got with the statue for 20.00! I haven't decided just yet if I want to display them together or seperate?! ~For my "cowboy cottage" livingroom I found this cool old shutter shelf for $5.00 Perfect for displaying my cowboy treasures..also this adorable antique footstool for 20.00. I found the cowboy fabric at a different yard sale for only $2.00 for a bundle. It was also perfect for covering the footstool. I just love how it turned out! I hope everyone has found some awesome treasures! Happy Hunting! :)

Hello Cheryl,
Thank you for stopping in. I love the cowboy fabric...it is an incredible find and I also love the wicker plant stand in the back ground in one of your photos. I have one exactly like it and I think I will paint it pink and that idea comes from you because I thought you were talking about mine in your comments but you were talking about my wrought iron plant stand which I want to put candles in.
Have a wonderful time searching for treasures and thank you for stopping in.

Ah-ha! Thank you so much for the link to your blog, and pics...
Your cottage cowboy stuff is adorable... this is mostly what my son's room is done in.

I had to laugh at your reply to my email, about how you don't post much, ect.
I started my blog in 2006 and didn't start actually "blogging" until the past few months. So,it may come to you!

Besides, it's a great way to advertise your ebay goodies!
Best,
Nikki

What a great statue!
That cowboy fabric is so cool! I was thinking of telling you that I have a friend who would like that, then saw that she had already made a comment here (Nikki from Scarlett Rose Garden). Her little boy's room is adorably decorated in vintage cowboy!
