Wall Cabinet Makeover!!

LATELY I HAVE BEEN RETHINKING THIS ALL NEUTRAL COLOR PALLET...I STILL LOVE MY VINTAGE AQUA MCCOY POTTERY, AND THOUGHT WHY NOT RE-DO MY WALL CABINET IN THE MASTER BATH AND DISPLAY IT IN THERE!! I LOVE IT, DOESN'T IT LOOK GORGEOUS WITH VINTAGE RHINESTONE JEWELRY MIXED IN?

VINTAGE GLASS BOTTLES AND A CLOCHE, I LEFT ALL THE SHEET MUSIC LINED ACROSS THE BACK, I LOVE THE LOOK, AND ESPECIALLY FOR SPRING, VERY CHEERFUL
I DON'T BELIEVE I WILL EVER GET TIRED OF MY VINTAGE TALCUM POWDER TIN COLLECTION, THOUGH I HAVE DOWNSIZED IT OVER THE PAST FEW YEARS!

.......AND THIS IS HOW IT LOOKS WITH THE GLASS DOORS CLOSED....

THIS LAST PHOTO IS HOW IT LOOKED BEFORE....THOUGH IT WAS PRETTY, I HAVE BEEN LONGING FOR JUST A LITTLE BIT OF COLOR HERE AND THERE....LET ME KNOW WHAT YOU THINK, YOUR COMMENTS ARE WELCOMED AND VERY MUCH APPRECIATED! WHAT ARE YOU CHANGING AROUND FOR SPRING?? ARE YOU IN THE SPRING SPIRIT? I KNOW I AM...ALL THIS WEEK THE HIGHS ARE GOING TO BE IN UPPER 70'S! YEAH, MORE ESTATE SALES, JUNKING, AND BEING ABLE TO DO PROJECTS OUTSIDE! I HOPE YOU ALL HAVE A SUNNY HAPPY WEEK!!

While the neutral color palate is nice and can be very pretty, I myself prefer a bit more color. Nothing too harsh though. I LOVE the softer pastel colors of spring, so I love the look of your vintage aqua pottery collection much better than than your diplay of just neutrals.

I say keep the color out. Don't give up on it all together. I miss seeing all your pretty pinks and greens which is what initially drew to me your blog in the beginning.

If you ever tire of the neutrals, you can always stop by my blog for a visit and get a good dose of springy pastels :)

Take care.

Gorgeous~ Especially love the aqua, but I have to confess, I miss the clocks as I adore those too. A vintage aqua clock perhaps??? :)

OH MY GOSH! ! ! This is gorgeous. You have inspired me as I am in the process of redoing my bathroom. I have the perfect old green kitchen wall cupboard with glass doors. Hadn't thought of it in the bathroom. But . . . thanks for sharing.

Is it my imagination or are some comments a little critical today?
You and I would have so much fun shopping together! I love, love, love the vintage aqua, it is my favoritist color. So many of my favorite things are still in storage so I haven't been able to take pics and put them on my blog, I hope that when I do you will visit so you can see how similar our taste is. I love your display both ways, a little change is always good for the soul and breaks the monotony of life. Beautiful, beautiful, beautiful!!!

Blessings from The OC,
Irma

BTW I have the vintage aqua clock that one of your followers suggested. You could borrow it if you want. lol
